Verified Great window to Bulgarian birds Iordan was a terrific guide for our family's half day trip. He chose 3 different locations/habitats for us to experience near Sophia. As Australians, unfamiliar with European birds, he was very helpful. He used his extensive knowledge of bird calls to quickly identify and locate birds using his monoscope for us to see them clearly and so then we could find them ourselves.Verified Great experience I’ve had the great pleasure of being on two trips now with Dancho. One in Bulgaria and the other in northern Greece. His knowledge of birds and his ability to quickly spot and identify them is second to none. He has a great sense of humour and a lot of patience. The experience and local knowledge was amazing. Bonus was the beautiful snow filled landscape we also got to explore, that only a local could have brought us to. Amazing trip, will definitely be booking future trips with DanchoVerified Exploring Local Bulgarian Village We spent three days exploring local villages, The main goal of the trip was to see the traditional local costumes and understand Bulgarian culture in its most remote areas. Iordan organized everything very well and also gave me many useful tips for photo composition.
